All my kids were in my bathroom while I tied my tie this morning. A couple of them were asking to shake up Lisa's makeup stuff that separates. Tycen asked how it did that, and I started talking about density and how atoms are packed closer together for more dense things. I told them how atoms were even in the air but they couldn't see them. Garrett said "Dad, do atoms make noise? Then when you step on one it would make noise and then you know you found one!"
